Ladies and Gentlemen,
I thoroughly enjoy serving as your property appraiser. For nearly eight years, it has been my privilege to go to the office each day to do the job you elected me to do.
While in office, I have run a tight ship; ever mindful it’s your hard-earned tax dollars that fund the operations of our office.
While in office, my staff and I have ensured that property assessments are fair and equitable and that you always receive five-star customer service.
While in office, I have been, and always will be, accessible to you.
While in office, I have continued to strive to make our office the best it can be through the implementation of the latest technology available and by the continued enhancement of our office’s website; www.baypa.net. In 2015, we began offering online filing of Tangible Personal Property returns. And now, we are offering online filing of homestead exemptions. We have also partnered with the Bay County Association Realtors and the Gulf/Franklin County Realtors Association to offer a feature on baypa.net that links our website to active MLS residential listings; making finding that perfect home or piece of property very easy.
As a fourth generation Bay Countian, I care deeply about our County and its citizens. I consider it a privilege to be able to go to work each day for you as your property appraiser. I humbly ask that you continue to grant me that privilege on August 30, 2016.
